Congratulations to Marissa Cowans, Miss Michigan's Outstanding Teen, who placed first runner-up in the national Miss America's Oustanding Teen competition over the weekend.

Elizabeth Fechtel, Florida's Outstanding Teen, was crowned Miss America's Outstanding Teen.  Second and third runners-up were Mi'a Callens, of Alabama, and Reilly Johannsen, of Texas.
