During our virtual orientation, we will have an overview of competition and and any outstanding requirements. Please have any questions you may have ready for our executive director, Sheila.
Rehearsal / Final Submissions / Group Photo
Sunday, August 2, 2026 | St. Valentine Catholic School @ 2:00 – 4:30 PM
During rehearsal, we will take our group photo, go over opening number and you will turn in your hard copies of the following paperwork:
- Delegate agreement
- Fact Sheet & Service Initiative essay
8 copies each - Ashlee Baracy Community Service entry

Please dress nicely for the group photo. Also, it is recommended to bring your competition shoes to practice walking.
Dress Rehearsal
Friday, August 7, 2026 | St. Valentine Catholic School @ 4:00 – 6:00 PM
Arrive prepared for an entire run-through of the competition. Everything needed for competition should be brought with you to rehearsal, including all on-stage competition clothing and your decorated container for the People's Choice Competition.
Competition Day
Sunday, August 9, 2026 | St. Valentine Catholic School
Contestants will arrive in two groups. Please arrive "interview ready" and bring everything you need for competition with you. Contestants will not be permitted to leave until competition has completed that evening.
Lunch will be provided, but if you want to bring a snack for yourself, please do. Bring casual clothes for the "down time" before the show starts. You will have access to the stage after your interview.
